Signing in on your TV
- Open MatthewMedia and choose Connect to a server.
- Enter the server address you were given (for example media.example.com).
- Enter your access code. Letters can be typed in either case and the dash is optional.
"That code is not right"
Check each character: the codes never use the letters I or O or the digits 0 or 1. After six wrong tries the server makes you wait ten minutes. If it still fails, ask the owner of the server for a new code.
"Cannot reach the server"
Check the address for typing mistakes, check that your TV is online, and ask the owner whether the server is running.
A video will not play
Go back and try again. If it keeps happening, tell the owner of the server which video it was.
Signing out
Open Settings in the app and choose Sign out.
